Sometimes you need a break, a little separation is needed. It’s very healthy for one to have alone time. You need to reflect, and protect yourself. We sometimes can spend to much time in one area be it work, relationships,family, etc. You’d be surprised how much quality time with self can rejuvenate you. Have alone time, no, phone, no social media, no laptop or tablets just you and God. Take the time to rest, relax and release everything that has or can hinder you.
Once you do this you can them be good for self and others . Being tired and restless does not make you the best at what you do it makes you neglect what you do. So go on that mini vacation or stay cation but do something away from everyone else. It will make you better .
